Our pasta is delicious served simply – with just a little butter or olive oil and a sprinkle or parmesan cheese. But we know you love to cook as much as we do so we have searchable library of recipes using all varieties of our pasta. We were honored to win the Overall and Food Category Made in NC Award from Our State Magazine in 2021 for our now, NC & world famous - Pimento Cheese Ravioli. Try it fried or sautéed with butter.

In the fall of 2017 we moved to a new Pasta shop and out of our little garage. The new shop gave us 3 times the space and has a little retail store where you can buy your favorites. We will still be at 5-6 Farmer’s Markets every Saturday, year round. You can also find the pasta at Weaver Street Market, specialty stores around the Triangle, and get home delivery through The Produce Box or Papa Spuds.
