  • Fettuccine - Made with durum wheat flour and fresh eggs. Fettuccine is a wide, flat pasta that can be served simply with butter and parmesan, a long simmered Sunday ragu, or with your favorite sautéed vegetables and sauce. Our fettuccine come in 4 pre-proportioned servings of 4 ounces each.

  • Linguine - Made with durum wheat flour and fresh eggs. Linguine is a narrow, chewy pasta and can be served with pesto, your favorite red sauce or used for pasta carbonara.  Our linguine come in 4 pre-proportioned servings of 4 ounces each.

  • Lasagna Sheets - Make your own lasagna or manicotti at home with our lasagna sheets. One pack of 16 sheets will make approximately 1 - 9x13 pan of lasagna with 5 pasta layers.

  • Fusilli - Spiral shaped pasta made with semolina and water (vegan). Great in pasta salads, baked meals or any of or sauces.

Spaghetti - Made with durum wheat flour and fresh eggs. Spaghetti is a very thin but chewy pasta and can be served with pesto, your favorite red sauce or used for pasta carbonara.  Our spaghetti come in 4 pre-proportioned servings of 4 ounces each.

Rigatoni - Perfect for baked meals or a braised meat sauce. Made with semolina and water (vegan).

Spinach Campanelle - Tulip shaped pasta. Made with semolina, spinach and water (vegan). Perfect for pasta salads, soups or paired with any of our sauces. (No eggs)

HOLIDAY SEASONAL - Squid Ink Linguine - Made with cuttlefish ink, semolina flour and water. This pasta is black in color with a very mild briny/fishy taste. Use with a clam sauce or saute seafood in white wine and butter.
