3 Cheese & Roasted Garlic - Made for garlic and cheese lovers. These ravioli are stuffed full of ricotta, provolone, pecorino and roasted garlic. Pair this ravioli with any of our homemade sauces or serve simply with olive oil or butter.
Burrata Cheese - Filled with ricotta, creamy burrata, and mozzarella cheeses, these ravioli have a mild cheese flavor. Burrata ravioli well with red sauces, pesto or roasted cherry tomatoes. Burrata Cheese is a fresh mozzarella cheese with a soft creamy center of Stracciatella–an Italian cheese product made from pulled mozzarella curds mixed with heavy cream.
Fig & Gorgonzola - Made with dried organic figs and gorgonzola cheese, these sweet and salty ravioli can be enjoyed as an elegant appetizer or full meal. Serve with brown butter and a drizzle of honey for a decadent dish.
Goat Cheese & Honey - Based on a yummy crostini recipe from Toast in Durham. Ricotta, tangy goat cheese, honey and black pepper. Serve with olive oil or butter.
Lemon Ricotta - A signature ravioli filling that we have made from the very beginning, our Lemon ricotta ravioli are made with fresh lemon zest, extra creamy ricotta impastata, parmesan and pecorino romano cheeses. These ravioli have a light taste and can be served simply with olive oil, butter or pesto and topped with spinach or asparagus tips.
Mushroom - Made with a blend of 3 different mushrooms – button, cremini and porcini – blended with extra creamy ricotta Impastata our Mushroom Ravioli are bursting with earthy flavors. Serve with your favorite red sauce or a cream sauce drizzled with balsamic vinegar.
Pea Pancetta - Pasta Carbonara in ravioli form - filled with ricotta, pancetta, peas and black pepper. Pancetta is unsmoked pork belly from Italy that is salt cured and seasoned with spices. Try this tasty and savory ravioli with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of pecorino romano.
Pierogi - Potato Cheddar Onion - Pasta stuffed with potato, cheddar and caramelized onion. Boil then sauté in butter until crispy.
Pimento Cheese - Our Pimento Cheese Ravioli was the winner of Our State Magazine's Made in NC award in 2021 which recognizes North Carolina's best artisan products. A combination of Italian and North Carolina flavors–this ravioli is filled with our house-made Pimento cheese recipe. Try them boiled, sautéed or deep fried and topped with butter or spicy mayo.
Pumpkin - Stuffed with pumpkin, ricotta and a blend of warm spices including cinnamon and nutmeg. Serve with brown butter and sage to balance the sweetness of the filling, or top with crushed amaretti cookies for an extra special Italian treat.
Spinach and Cheese - Stuffed with a classic filling of spinach blended with ricotta, mozzarella and a hint of nutmeg. Serve with your favorite red sauce.

Beets & Goat Cheese - Beets mixed with ricotta and goat cheese
Buffalo Chicken - Filled with shredded chicken breast, Frank’s Buffalo wing sauce, ricotta, cheddar, and blue cheese. Boil then sauté until crispy and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Caprese - Filled with ricotta, sun dried tomatoes, mozzarella and fresh basil. Serve with red sauces, pesto or roasted cherry tomatoes.
Cheese Pizza - Filled with ricotta, mozzarella, and pecorino cheeses as well as tomato paste and oregano, your kids (and you) are sure to love this ravioli. Boil then sauté until crispy and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Greek - Made with spinach, fresh lemon zest, ricotta, feta and green onion - these ravioli taste like spanakopita wrapped in pasta dough. Serve simply with olive oil or butter.

Potato Asiago Rosemary - Based on the Tuscan tradition using potato for ravioli fillings —Our hearty Potato Asiago Ravioli have the rich, nutty flavor of asiago and a hint of rosemary and garlic. Serve topped with olive oil or boil then saute in butter until crispy.
