• Melina’s Tomato Basil Sauce - $8
  Our signature sauce - Tomato Basil is made fresh with San Marzano style tomatoes, onions, garlic, and basil. No added sugar - we cook the sauce for 3 hours to get the natural sweetness from the tomatoes.

• Tomato Parmesan Cream Sauce - $8
  Our Tomato Parmesan Cream Sauce is made with San Marzano style tomatoes, onions, garlic, cream, and parmesan.

• Puttanesca Sauce - $8
  A spicy sauce is made with San Marzano style tomatoes, onions, garlic, kalamata olives, capers, and red pepper flakes.

• Spicy Sausage Sauce - $9
  Made with local Firsthand Foods spicy Italian sausage, tomatoes, and olive oil. Try it as a topping for any of our pasta.

• Basil Pecan Pesto - $8
  Fresh basil, pecans, garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil. To use - thin with a little olive oil or pasta water.
